Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products are exempt from being returned, such as:

Partial Refunds

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
