Unshipped Items

  • Buyers may request a return for unshipped items within 7 daysfrom the order processing date.

Shipped Items

  • For quality issues or other concerns, the Buyer may request a refund or reshipmentwithin 7 days after reception of the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition the buyer received it, and in its original packaging.
  • products are exempt from being returned, such as: Customized or made-to-order furniture, Items damaged by misuse or improper assembly.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items return without prior approval will not be eligiblefor a refund.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation (Before Shipping): If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
  • Quality Issues: If a product is defective or significantly different from the description, a full or partial refundmay be provided upon review.
  • Lost or Damaged in Transit: If the item is lost or arrives damaged, Hy-HomeKitmay provide a refund or reshipment.
  • Refund processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business daysto the original payment method.
  1. Warranty Policy
  • All products come with a 12-month warrantyfrom the delivery date.
  • If a product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may request:
  • A full refund
  • A full reshipmentwithin the warranty period.
    • The warranty starts from the date of purchase, so please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for reference.
    • In certain cases, Hy-HomeKit may assist directly to expedite resolution.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, negligence, normal wear & tear, or accidents(burns, scratches, watermarks, pet damage, etc.).
  • Unauthorized modificationsto the product.
  • Products not purchased through Hy-HomeKit.
  • Products with their own separate warranty policies.
