We got this chair for our step father because he no longer has the leg strength to rise from a sitting position. I am a 58 year old female and my daughter is 36. We were able to unpack, assemble and bring the chair into the house by ourselves in less than 15 minutes. Everything functioned, the heat, massage and lift from the first plug in. We have checked out a lot of chairs with these features but this one is a winner.

Great quality, easy to put together, extremely comfortable. I had spine surgery and needed to sleep in a chair for a couple weeks. I slept comfortably on it and it easily helped me up and back down. It was exactly what I needed and it looks great in the room too, great value. I recommended to my mother who is also getting surgery this month and she bought one too!

I recently had bypass surgery and purchased this chair so that I can sleep on. It makes it easier for me to get up and down since the chair places me from the sitting to a semi standing position. It also has heat and a massaging option that is making my rehabilitation better! I would buy this chair again.

This is a really comfortable recliner. After a long day work, resting in this recliner is such a pleasure. The best thing in my side is the heating feature. When I have my period, the warmth from the heating makes my whole body feel cozy and comfortable, feels like being in mother¡¯s arms.
Pros:
the frame material is all iron, making it very sturdy and durable.
You can control the chair to lie down or stand up, at any positionangle you want.
Assembling the recliner by hand is an enjoyable process, it took less than an hour.
Cons:
as it¡¯s frame is all iron, it is really heavy.
Using a softer fabric or leather would make the recliner look even more luxurious.

There was a bit of a mixup in the beginning. Box came and not all parts were there but there is a second box that came 2 days later. My son finished putting it together today. I love it, the massager does make a little noise but I think it might put me to sleep. For those cold winter nights, I’m sure I’m going to love the heating feature.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. Mostly for the massage and heat but we decided to go with a chair that lifts too in preparation for future. That being said, putting together was fairly easy. He did not think he would use the heat but tried it out and said “O I am definitely going to like this”. It is very quiet and even the massage is not overly loud. He is so happy with it. Thank you!

We have used the recliner for 2 weeks, so far it is comfortable and functions well. It can heat up and have massage functions of 3 strength levels, and enough pockets and cup holder.
The installation is quite easy. Our parents cannot understand English, but they followed the instructions as pictures and finished the assemble within 15 minutes. They really enjoyed the design to assist in standing up and can lie as a cinema sofa. Happy to make them happy with this purchase.

We ordered amidst the holidays and the item arrived during the designated window. Unfortunately, there was some minor shipping damage shipping damage to the item, but we were able to repair it. The assembly was relatively straight forward and the instructions are accurate.
The chair operates as intended and has greatly helped with mobility. It is also very comfortable. The side cushions are a little awkward at times as they are secured with zippers and not to the frame, so they tend to move around more than expected.
Overall we are pleased with the item and would recommend.

I had heart surgery, left leg paralysis and 2 broken wrists which is why I really needed this chair. After 6 months, it became stuck in the lift position. I bought a new power supply on Amazon but it didn’t fix problem. Contacted customer service and within 2 weeks I received new remote and control box which fixed the problem. So glad I didn’t have to pay for additional parts and glad customer service was so responsive.

My husband suddenly died in our home on our double recliner. I tried to save him but could not. I can’t go in the house at all. I gave that recliner away. At 64 and retiring on October 1st with alot of plans made this sudden death haunt me. My daughter knew if something happened like this I would move in with her and my son in law because I just can’t be by myself. We needed more furniture. The couch was taken with 2 dogs and my dog. Their were 2 recliners for my daughter and son in law. Their was room for another one so I started looking. I never ever had luck in choosing furniture. So I researched and I went to amazon after not finding anything. I spotted this chair and couldn’t understand why it was so reasonably priced for all the benefits that normally do not come with all recliners unless you pay more. It does what it says. It is so comfortable, with heat,massage, so so comfortable because it’s been hard getting out of any chair and this has a lift. It is the best recliner I have had. My daughter loves it so I will buy 1 for her so she will stay off mine. I normally buy everything from Amazon but never a piece of furniture. My son in law literally put it together in 10 minutes. I bought this for my father, it helps him stand with ease. The color is perfect, the material is very nice, not oversized. The arms are nice and soft, Very comfortable, the USB port is very convenient, and both sides of the chair have a good sized pocket for storage. Although it took a little time to install it, overall was in line with expectations.
